COVID 19 DELIVERY UPDATE:

Our team is working hard to get your order out as quickly and safely as possible but please bear with us as delivery times may take longer than usual. If your order is needed urgently, we recommend using our Priority Despatch service, which can be selected at checkout. Our customer care team are experiencing extremely high levels of calls and emails so we ask that you kindly only contact them if your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days after despatch (UK), or 14 days (international).

For orders with a product value of over £50, your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

We are unable to add delivery instructions on orders under £50 but you can add that via the Royal Mail website or mobile app once your tracking number has been received: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

Orders under £50

For orders with a product value under £50, your order will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service. We are unable to add delivery instructions on orders under £50 but you can add that via the Royal Mail website or mobile app once your tracking number has been received: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

If you need your order urgently, please select Priority Despatch at the checkout and we will prioritise and despatch it the same day for you. There is a charge of £6.99 for our priority despatch service. 

Subject to courier demand, your order will arrive the next working day by Royal Mail Tracked 24 Courier provided you ordered before 2pm the day before. Priority Despatch orders placed after 2pm will leave our warehouse the following working day*. Please note, if you place your order between 2pm Friday - Sunday, it will be despatched on the following Monday*.

Orders under £25

For orders under £25 there will be a £4.50 postage charge.

UK MAINLAND

• Leave safe instructions can be provided on the Royal Mail website or app once your tracking number has been received. Where such a request is made,we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery. If you require it to be delivered before a certain time, please call or contact us - there will be an additional charge for this service.

• Although we endeavour to despatch all orders on the day they are received (before 1pm), at busy times this may not be possible. Delivery times stated at checkout are estimates & cannot be guaranteed at busier periods. Please select priority despatch if your order is urgent.

• Prices subject to change without notice.

OVERSEAS

• For orders over £200, please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs.

• Because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over £40 are sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service.

• We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.

TAXATION & DUTIES ON ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK

Recipients of orders sent to destinations both within and outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods. All orders are automatically charged UK VAT at 20% of the order value. Customers can lodge a claim to have this refunded by contacting the Happy Healthy Homes team.

HOW IS OVERSEAS DELIVERY CALCULATED?
