GENERAL CONDITIONS
All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by HappyHealthyHomes.
HappyHealthyHomes. guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you.
DISCOUNT CODES
All discount codes are strictly one use per customer unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be combined with other coded offers or sale/reduced items.HappyHealthyHomes reserve the right to cancel any special offer without notice. Gift vouchers are excluded from all discount codes and promotion.
PAYMENT
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card as well as Stripe and and PayPal.
In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer,HappyHealthyHomes. shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.
DELIVERY METHODS - UK MAINLAND
In general orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow up to one week for delivery, unless otherwise stated on our website.
Orders sent by Courier need to be signed-for on delivery unless you give us special instructions to leave the goods without them being signed for. Where such a request is made, HappyHealthyHomes. cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery.
Claims for damage, packing errors or non-delivery of goods must be received by HappyHealthyHomes. within 7 days of placing your order.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND METHODS - OVERSEAS
Please note that because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders will be sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges calculated automaticly by using this reliable UK postage/courier services.
Please note: We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.
TAXATION ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.
UK purchase tax (VAT) is not charged on such orders. VAT is deducted at the Checkout stage of ordering - after the delivery country has been specified.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within 7 working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to 33 Singleton Scarp,London,N12 7AR, United Kingdom in their original packing and in their original condition at customer cost.
HappyHealthyHomes. will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.
Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to HappyHealthyHomes. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.
RETURN OF GOODS
HappyHealthyHomes will refund or replace any products if:
1. They were purchased direct from us within the last 30 days
2. They are returned to us in their original, unopened and in resaleable condition
3. They are returned with a completed Return Form
4. They are returned with the original receipt/order referance
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to HappyHealthyHomes.. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.
Please note: to receive a full refund for a product/s delivered with a promotional free gift, both the item purchased and the free gift must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
