Returns

If you are not satisfied with any product, we offer a free returns service. All we ask is that the product is returned to us within 28 days of purchase, package should be not used or damaged.  

You can return your product for an exchange or refund to the original payment method.

Please note: To receive a full refund for a product/s delivered with a promotional free gift, both the item purchased and the free gift must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date or be within the Christmas extended returns window.
We cannot accept returns purchased indirectly. These will need to be returned back to the retailer it was originally purchased from, following the retailer's return procedures.
